Should there be a rule about rants?
Does anyone think there should be a rule against rants and other things like rants?
It puts everyone in a bad mood and they are pretty annoying.

That's pretty much the definition of flamebait and we probably need to be enforcing our Miscellaneous Forum guidelines more by shutting them down sooner.
Discussion is fine. Shouting and raging is counterproductive and tends to lead to flame - and is not welcome here.
