Did you know that we Australians call it jam not jelly?

Its wierd cuz when we say jelly, we mean the stuff made with gelatine and sugar

Jam and jelly are actually two different things. Jam is generally made with and contains pieces of fruit, where jelly is made with fruit juice. They also have much different consistencies.

Harakou is correct there, jellies don't have seeds or skin in them and are usually solidified using pectin or gelatine. My Mother recently got a steamer for making jellies, you simply put the fruits into the steamer and the fruits are dried out, the juice deposited below! Beforehand it was an afternoon and a sieve to get the seeds and skin out!

I think that's a little beside the thread's point, I do like the sig, the sunlight glint looks impressive!

It does not matter. Everybody probably likes their sig better. I like mine more so yea (this is not to get revenge or anything)
