If your project is still over the size limit even after compression, you should try removing the usual main culprit: sound. Even a couple minutes of audio can take up a large amount of space, so if you have music in the background, you should try shortening it and looping the shorter piece, or using fewer songs if you have more than one.

You can also adjust how heavily sounds and images are compressed by going to the edit menu and clicking compress sounds/images, then selecting the quality level that you want them to be compressed to. (Be warned that heavily compressing images and audio will significantly lower the quality.)

Thank you for your help but sound was needed in the project and i found the solution:
i just removed one song in the music player and it worked :p
