Let me clear Bill S.978 up
A lot of you say it will end gaming. It won't.
In order to commit the felony, one must upload copyrighted content in which it's value is 2500 and licensing is 5000
Even with the law, nothing will really happen to us. If we upload content without ads, we aren't getting any value from it. I don't know about the licensing.

There is a incorrect thing with that statement. The value doesn't have to be 2500, the attacked company has to have LOST $2500 because of you.
