originally I've been on my macbook the whole time because well was in one heck of a confusing problem, first thing that happens is my computer won't read off my hard drive, says it is fried, and also my graphics seems the same too, so I got a new graphics card and hard drive, guess what? doesn't work!!! then we figure out it is the sata controller that is fried (thing where my hard drive is connected to) so we replace the mother board, still doesn't work!!! replace it again, my dad puts in the old hard drive and uses the onboard graphics card and WE HAVE LIFTOFFF! well mostly then it was a matter of backing up files installing windows vista and other drivers, what was the actual problem???? here's what it was: yes my sata controller was fried, but my hard drive wasn't!!!! but what caused the actual frying? that was probably my graphics card, Nvidia (the producer of the graphics card) was lately putting weird chemicals such as lead into their graphics cards mine might have been one of them, Nvidia has been sued many times and has lost lots of money for other graphics cards, my suggestion get an ATI graphics card! that's what my graphics is now!
