OS X 10.7 Lion will cost $29. it will cost another $49 to upgrade to OS X 10.7 Lion Server.

I think that I'm going to get it. What happens to the files on one's desktop? Is it still usable without a multitouch mouse?

I bought it the day it was released and I find it very useful. Multitouch isn't mandatory for anything, neither are full-screen apps, etc. There were a few minor quirks I had to work through but it's running great now!
