Scratch's servers may be slowed down by a lot of messages in your notifications, but they certainly won't crash. Spamming projects and galleries with this message, while done with good intentions, would not be a good thing and would generally cause a lot of annoyance.

spamming this in places also will give more people messages which just pretty much starts this whole process over.

I don’t want to be a downer, but by making this topic and everyone posting on it is making Scratch slower. So you are defeating your own purpose by creating a twin topic.
