Maybe there has been something in your life that has triggered your kind-of insomnia, like a family issue or a worry? Maybe a doctor is the best option...
Try reading before bed, or turning of your computer for a while. You'll gradually cut out possible sources of your sleep problems by doing this, and resolv the issue! :3

It could be that, just try taking your mind off math by reading, listening to calm music, or even drawing. Hope it works! :3
And @jfmlove - Same. I always read boring books that will make me really tired easily

No problem, maybe try tuning into a classical music radio station, like Classic FM. You will be asleep in seconds, lol.

I have that same problem, and I draw something before bed. It actually works, and it's really fun. If you don't like to draw, maybe you could write, or sing or something

I personally find Pink Floyd to be excellent music to fall asleep to. I often hook up my iPod to a small speaker and play "Echoes" quietly. It's very soothing, and I can really get lost in it.

Count sheep? But no, really. Counting as high as I can usually helps me fall asleep. I wasn't up past 1:00 am last night!
