Pyro.  I would launch a nuke back to wherever with airblast for the heck of it.
Oh, BTW, I'm an F2Per and I just got it today.  17 achievements at least, an 11-kill-streak as an engineer, and 5 weapons (plus one crate...  *shudders*... I've heard bad things about those.)

Hm, pretty tough choice.  I'd probably also pick Medic, because he is supportive yet maniacal.  He's what I play the most, at least.
