how can i change my picture?
i dont know how to change the little picture thingy that pops up next to my talking. i tried to upload an image, but nothing happened. i also notice that many of the pics are animated, so do i have to select a scratch file? and, to top things of, ive seen many different user with the same animated pic: a ghost licks the screen, then the lick fades, and the ghost licks again. can i copy a guy's pic? how does this all work?

If you right-click on somebodies avatar image, you should have the option to "Save As" the picture to a GIF graphic image file. Store it on your Desktop or somewhere else where you can get at it easily. Then, you should be able to upload it to Scratch using the "Change Picture" link. Be aware that it might take a while before you see it in your browser as your browser may be using a saved image in it's cache memory. I find that my browswer clear's it's cache memory when I close it down and restart it but it probably depends on what browser you are using and how you have it configured.
