Panther Running Straight To Presentation Mode from .bat file??

I've Tried the steps here: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=243
Using the appropriate panther files, and changing the file names in the batch file to match those belonging to panther, however when I execute the batch file, Panther loads, but it does not load my project, or go into presentation mode. Also, I was wondering if there is a compiler available for panther like the one built into BYOB, sorry if Im not making sense, Im a total noob  wink
Thanks
