Basically we announce the candidate with the highest score, and then they have to have their parents get in touch with us - probably on Monday. Once we speak with them and confirm their eligibility, then we announce the final winner. If we can't confirm eligibility (basically age and permission), then we ask the next highest ranked candidate to have their parents contact us, on down the list.

As for results.. they're coming. smile The delay is because we need time to analyze the results and make sure there was no cheating.
