I could do some graphics... depends though 

I can code but I have other stuff to do here's my idea of design. A blank page with your product (As a graphical advertisement) smack bang in the middle with "Now only $X". Well that would be my home page.

Wow.  Lol.  Zambya is a software design company which works on a variety of open-source projects and projects to be sold.   Each software is designed with a specific purpose, while Zambya has no 'Final' software design currently. 

But, yeah, I might edit the example page around a little and see how that works

But, yeah, I might edit the example page around a little and see how that works 

at this level you should call it SOHO rather then a company + u need to be specific about ur ideas if u want to survive in the modern software sparta (err industry) .


a basic template should be
-1. get a founding member council.
0. gettin the name registered & trademarked
1. Choosing what u wanna make
2. Choosing the platforms u will support (ah thats relly critical choosing linux can give u open support , but choosing windows will give u xtreme possibilities , solaris will give u easy cash but u must be a super coder , macs ... i dunno) .
3. choosing a language u will use for development of your software.
4. Hiring specific peoples for specific work ie what-the can be a good coder on the other hand NXTGeek can be a great artist, RHY(toomanynumberss) can be an amazing scripter-inventor , Sparks can be a GUI maker / coder , me can be the web server holder and so on..
5. getting all this running and get first few users
6. impressing few to enter radical marketting (10 happy users bring 50 new ones )   
7. Earn and enjoy    ..(till here is a hard hard way)

  We would def. support windows and Mac.

We will use Squeak for our Mods of Scratch, I imagine we would use C++, as that is a fairly well supported and well rounded programming language.

lol. dont call me foc (thats slag) ... call me dark instead    .. or darky or so on lol btw    good too see you are pretty much ready!    .. though make sure u aint infrigmenting any1's copyright / trademark b4 naming ur company ( thats a big fine if u do wrong things )
