A few questions

Hi, im new here. I want to know can scratch be used on a website? And how it work? I found it by accident and I would like to know something about it.

Yes, you can embed a project in a site.
Just follow the instructions on the Scratch Wiki!  smile

I don't know what you mean. If you mean make a project without downloading Scratch, no, you can't.
If you mean what Sci said, yes, you can.
