Just a quick Question,
Do mods have the 60 second rule? Any second rule? I'd imagine not, just wondering.

They don't have any second rule. Neither do the retired mods, for that matter.

Mods don't get a time rule of any sort, as gettysburg11 points out.
There are some cases where a 60 second rule (or any second rule) would be a hindrance to moderation (such as if a mod is trying to handle things on several threads at one time), perhaps that's why us mods don't have a posting time limit. We do get the same hindrances as regular members on the main site, though (such as not being able to post multiple comments over and over again).

Is this the kind of time when I should say 'Ninja'd!'?
