So I have Poser Pro 2010 and so I downloaded two animal models, then changed the lighting, rendering, texture res etc and tweaked in three other programs. This is what i came up with all in a day, from first to last:

If you had seen my previous topic a WHILE ago where I showed models I created with downloaded textures, this is what I've tried next. I think I like the posing and rendering more than modeling. Though I sure as heck want to be good at that too. But still

Cool! I like the first one especially, because you just get the profile and so it doesn't have that plastic look that the other two have. (Those look good too though!)

Texture on the fur is not top quality, but amazing anyway!
Is this free software?
The third picture, the light should make some parts of the leopard a silhouette and give it some rim lighting.
The light should be a bit brighter as well

lol yeah I know, the second one especially is quite plastic-looking...
jji7skyline, I know exactly what you mean, and was planning on doing it, but I'm not advanced in the program I use yet
but still ;D
I upgraded from a much older version so it didn't cost much, but if you get the current one without upgrading its like 250 or 500 bucks >.< crazy I never paid that much for mine.
Isn't it funny, how all the good productive software is in the 500-4500 dollar range? It just shows you, you can't be a good productive person without lots of cash
which is why I'm thinking of waiting till I'm a full-fledged adult to even think of starting on my dreams..

Usually there is a free alternative... but yea, paid software is always better, and more expensive
