I am interested in becoming a curator. My interests are mainly in 3d and platform games, with unusual scripts but work well.

i really want to be a curator. i would select projects that look like they had a lot work behind them and do not have alot of views or love-its smile smile smile smile smile smile smile smile smile smile and also new scratchers projects so they might stay on scratch for a long time and not quit as soon as they see that there projects have no views

I have held off the idea of becoming a curator, but now I think it would be awesome. My interest is projects that are not really for Scratch but are still made and work very well. One such type are text based games, and I also have made a few. If you mods ever get to this post, I hope you consider me smile

Ok, this maybe my 2nd attempt at becoming a Scratch Curator, so here are some reasons why:

I'll pick projects from unsung Scratchers who make great projects but never get noticed.

I've been on Scratch for more than a year and a half so I am experainced.

And yes, I'll choose 3 projects a day!

Hi all! Just want to correct a bit of a misunderstanding about post length that I've seen upthread.

The quality of a curator application speech does not continually go up as the size does. There's an optimal middle ground here.

A < 15 word speech is really unlikely to be good - unless the writer is a massive genius poetical ninja. Possible, but not really likely.

A massive >jillion word speech shows that the poster cares a lot about being curator. But its hard to read. And really, are even 1/2 of the jillion words related to being curator? Probably not.

So - up to a point, length of speech helps. After a point, it starts to hurt. This is true of most writing, and the curator application is no exception. smile

Goldilocks was right..... Not too short, not too long... shoot for just right.

i would love to be a scratch curator and this is what i would like to show twang, string stimulation, and not quite so random art because these three projects encourage kids to be creative and to express yourself. Self made games tell you what to do, and why do that when you can make it yourself? I mean isn't expressing yourself what scratch is a bout?

I would Like to become a curater so i can feature projects that are really good but alot of people overlook. like alot of people want to curate 1 spite 1 script games. but the truth is that alot of games with more than one script or more than one sprite are not curated. the reason i want to curate some non one sprite one script games is its not fair that games just as good others are not curated. i`m a hunter so ill try not pick voilent games but there are alot of good games that involve shooting.
