I know that is Scratch you can really only make 3D illusions, like a Z scroller where it just changes object's size. But if you could make real 3D, how would it be done? How do 3D games for consoles like FPS's do it? I'm just a little confused so thanks!

3D games for consoles have advanced rendering software. These programs redraw the "world" many times each second using formulae to simulate how our eyes would actually perceive those worlds.
Unfortunately, this kind of code is outside the realm of Scratch because the Scratch software is not fast enough to draw the world as many times as is needed.

Technically, you live in a world with three dimensional objects. They have real depth, which can’t be emulated on a two dimensional screen no matter how many renderings you have. It will have a somewhat third dimensional illusion, but it won’t be three dimensional.
If we were two dimensional, we wouldn’t be able to eat. Our digestive system would cut us in half. because there would be nothing connecting it to the rest of the body, or holding it there. Because we are three dimensional, there are things around the digestive system that keep us in one piece.
Most of the time
But that is aside the point because we live in the fifth dimension.
1st: A point in space. Just an imaginary point.
2nd: Another point is in space, and a line is drawn connecting the two. People like to think of it as a square for some reason, because it has length and with but no depth. So does a line.
3rd: The ability for this object to have depth. Or curving a diagonal line forward or backward so it is forced to have length, width and depth.
4th: Time. Most people think we live in this dimension. That’s only a theory that could only be if all of our decisions had already been made. We’ll get to that later. In this dimension, things are affected by time. Like a baby growing old, then dying. This dimension is pretty much a line. Accept it’s a “time line” ( ).
5th: The ability to make choices and be affected by them through time. Lets say there was something you could do as a 15 year old to be a millionaire when you were 50. If you did do it, then you would follow a different timeline than if you didn’t. So the fifth dimension which I believe we live in, would look like a timeline with infinite branches leading to infinite different timelines.
I hope that helped you understand the dimensions and what “real” 3D is. That post was WAY longer than I was expecting.

No. Mathematically, a Point (that is singular in Time) is a zeroth-dimension Object. It has no Length in any Way.
A Line has one Dimension which is nonzero; a "Square" (or better, a Plane) has two: there is a big Difference in dimensional Analysis. You cannot equate them. Depth is just another Length.
Choices in Time, unless they were categorized in Time, would not a fifth Dimension make, at least in Terms of the geometric Definition of Dimensions. That is because, there is no true everywhere-densely infinite gradient Set in making Decisions.

According to string theory, there may be as many as 10, 11, or even 26 spatial dimensions.

Real 3d(or Real d) is also a company who renders movies for 3d cinemas and make 3d glasses.

Perhaps, but it's easy to prove (by some sort of physical induction) that our perceptions operate on 3 of them (see GT's post)

If you have 2 of the almost exact images next to eachother and you cross your eyes so you can see another image in the middle, that will be 3d.

You mean spatial perceptions.
Because I don’t think I’m a super human, and I can perceive time, and my ability to make choices.

Having a z scroll so objects get bigger and smaller when your "farther" away from them. At least that's one way.

Choices in time are not dimension. If they were then It would have no place to start.

Like time, itself?
Besides, its not “choices are a dimension” it’s the ability to change the course timeline whenever we please.

When you "perceive" Time, it is an Illusion generated by the ability of your Brain to read Memory. In any Instant, you cannot know for certain whether or not you (as a Being of Consciousness) had just been planted in your (as a physical Creature) Body in the last Nanosecond. Of course, we usually trust that this is false, to avoid panicking about immediate Nonexistence.
Since Memories are recorded as Matter in one's Brain, they can be counted as Perceptions in the third Dimension.

It is impossible to assign a binary truth Value to that Statement, because it messes with Definitions. There is no Meaning to the Question, "Are my future Choices made already?" because "already" is a Measure of Time. As is "determined". Measurements of Points in Time belong to Time as a Dimension, just as Measurements of Locations in a Plane (2 Dimensions) requires not a third Dimension.

Wow, somehow this conversation turned from implementing 3D in games to the definition of 3D.
Let's see if we can turn back the conversation to 3D in games. (You guys can always make a topic about 3D in general in the Miscellaneous forum).

I'd consider real 3D in Scratch to be a program that can render an object from any perspective using the same algorithm. As somebody here said, FPS games use special rendering software to draw 3D objects on the screen.

To clear up the definition of the "Dimensions" as there is some confusion between what each of the dimensions are. There are several theories of what the dimensions are. The classical theory has 4 dimensions, those are defined easily as width, height and depth.
Another theory which ties in with quantum mechanics is the theory of the 10 dimensions plus time. The first three dimensions are the same, width, height and depth. The other 7 dimensions are experienced on an atomically small level, only dealing with subatomic particles and plancks.
A more omniscient theory which deals with only 10 dimensions that relates with string theory begins with 0 dimensions, each dimension becoming more difficult to explain, and to fathom. A single point that is immeasurably small in space, such as a point you would draw while graphing to point out where a line begins. ex: (0,4) on a 2D graph. The first dimension is a line that connects from two different points. The second dimension is any sort of line or surface that has measurable size in both the x and y axis, such as any image you see on your computer screen. No matter the shading or gradient on the image, or how 3D it may look, it's still 2D. the third dimension takes up volume, it has width, height and depth. 3D is the world we see, and every object in it. The third dimension is also an immeasurably short point in time. The fourth dimension is time, a line connecting two points in time to one another, just as the first dimension connects two points in space. A representation of this example of the fourth dimension can be viewed on a youtube video. The bar on the bottom that shows how long the video has been playing and how long it is represents a line connecting the beginning of the video to the end. The fifth dimension is to the fourth dimension like a tree is to a tree trunk. All of the branches are possible directions that one can turn towards in time. Every point in time being a metaphorical point in the road where one's decisions move them towards a different place in the fifth dimension, every branch being a different possible reality. The sixth dimension is where time travel would be possible, if one could travel in it like we travel in the third dimension. One would be able to travel forward and backward in time, and move from one possible timeline to another. The sixth dimension is every infinite possible event and being from the beginning of the universe to the end of the universe as one point. Everything that did happen, could have happened, is happening, can happen, will happen, and anything else that could possibly happen is one point. In the seventh dimension, just like the first and fourth dimensions, a point is connected from one infinite universe, with all of its infinite possibilities to another. The eighth dimension is like a branch from one connection between two infinities that connects to another universe. The ninth dimension connects every infinite universe to one another, and incorporates travel from any one infinity to another. The tenth dimension is a point that incorporates all of the infinite amounts of infinite universes. Being as there is no higher dimension, and nothing else for there to be in this dimension. There is nothing for this point to connect to, as the tenth dimension covers absolutely everything.
All of these theories are arguable, and most of them probably will never be proven. But that is what the theories are. As my explanations may be hard to understand, and flawed. Here is a video that explains the third theory. http://www.scratch.mit.edu/ext/youtube/?v=aCQx9U6awFw
