If you mean draw your own signature and everything, you could use a program like GIMP.

Well, you seem to already have a signature. Are you asking how you create your own content to put in your signature?

GIMP is a free image editing program for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. It's very powerful but also has a bit of a learning curve, so I usually recommend Paint.net to most people.

Well, after you make the signature what do you do next?

An image, I presume? Upload it to an image hosting site like Imgur and then use the provided direct link to the image in conjunction with the img tag to make the image show in your signature, like this:
[img]imageurl[/img]

What I (will) do:
1.) Go On Google Chrome
2.) Search the web for an image I want (or my scratch icon)
3.) Drag the image to the browser bar
4.) An image URL will come up. Copy it.
You know the rest.
