Just like vampires, our imagination is so large that some even believe things like so exist.

Where are you getting this from? And the analogy doesn't really make sense. It sounds like you're saying vampires are as large as imagination  tongue . Also, I don't think everyone has a large imagination. Look at Squidward.

Funnily enough, I never did, but it's you who's saying all this.

That sounded kind of Squidwardish.

Many have unlimited imagination that grows with them their whole life.

I wouldn't quite say that.

Its hard to look past that and see the real world, it is.

Yeah, I once saw an argument about why HP is evil claiming that it "supports drinking blood" when it's clearly so evil in the books that you have a half life if you do so, forced to live like a parasite.

Yes. One of my friends only sees HP or Twilight movies in the theaters. I told her about this thread today and she laughed and said "Wow." and also mentioned you can't really compare the two.  tongue

AAAAAAND with that logic, love doesn't exist. It is merely a chemical reaction in the brain embedded in human instincts to ensure the passing down of traits and the continuation of our species.

Harry Potter all the way. I'm not a huge fan of those movies, but they are extremely well-made, have good acting, and an interesting plot.

Twilight on the other hand, is simply attrocious. Vampires are blood-sucking, evil creatures, not hormone-crazed teenage scene kids.

It's like The Rolling Stones vs Brokencyde for movies. One's excellent, one's awful.

Re: Harry Potter vs. Twilight Debate

Okay, listen up people. I'm sick of the criticism. I am a Harry Potter fanish...and I am a Twilight fanish... I think that you all who were being critics on my reply is plain stupid!!! I was only answering someone, some people were also off topic so please don't give me this *!! Seriously? Do both Hp and Twi fans exist? Your acting like its a big competition and that Twi and HP are against each other. Both worlds don't mix, that's why its not called Twipotter or whatever. If they were ever to come in a fight than wopdee do, that's really not going to happen because no one knows the actual answer. If they make a movie on Edward against Harry Potter than you can prove me wrong but I don't see that in the movie list. Yes, Harry Potter is more popular. Because it is aimed for kids, teens, and some adults. Twilight is aimed for young couples, Teen chicks, Teen couples, and some kids. It is meant for being a love action movie. Mostly with love. Harry Potter does have love thickly involved in it. But HArry Potter was also meant for magic entertainment. That is my input!  smile  Don't miss understand me, I have nothing against anything here!  wink  (except for the critisim) Thank you and have a good night or day, where ever you may live.

Why is everyone so obsessed over the sparkling thing?

I, for one, firmly believe both magic and vampires exist. And for all we know, they do sparkle, and Dracula was written by a guy who simply had a good imagination. Also, for all we know, such things as Horcruxes exist!

HP and Twilight can be friends. Learn from MLP:FIM
