How many colors?

Does anyone know how many colors are for the blocks:

[blocks]<set pen color to( ,<change pen color by( ,and <set[ color ]effect to( ?[/blocks] I'm sure the Color effects have 200 colors offline, and 360 online, but what about the pens?

I need this for a contest. Thanks for your help  smile

They use the same values as the Color Effect
