People here like to debate and its hard to pick what to debate about. So I'll make new debates each week. Don't post anything inappropriate that may insult the other person. Have fun debating. This is to be a healthy debate that should not cause flamewars or conflict.

One HP/Twilight debate does not mean we "love" debating. While it is entertaining to share and discuss points about an argument, I'm guessing the only debates you'll find will be politically or religiously based. Something against the rules here.

On a tangent note to this:

@SuperYoshiluver13: You seem to be new to the Miscellaneous forum, so I would suggest that you look over Guidelines to Miscellaneous Forums, particularly about the part about not creating topics that are likely to cause arguments.

While we do have topics some debate topics that jump from time to time, some topics (particularly anything that deals with politics or religion) have a tendency to be flame-y very easily - for such topics I would suggest using a well-established external debate forum instead of the Scratch Forums (a Google search will show up hundreds of possible forums for such debates).

Debates are terrible! All they do is cause hate. Or fires. No thread acting as a catalyst for debate should be allowed on Scratch! What a terrible idea this was.

There is nothing wrong with debating as long as the Terms of Use and the Forum Guidelines are followed. Debating is very good mental exercise and might even change a few opinions on a topic.

i dont really think pokemon games are such a good debate.
how about something like... genetically modified foods or ugh...if being homeschooled is better for people. i don't know.
