The past problem about banned forumers going off and relocating to the TBG. It's fixed though, 'cause bans are now connected to the main site and TBG unless an exception as made, or the ban is made in the TBG (TBG bans don't affect the rest of the site).

The TBGs were moved so that only veteran Scratchers would find out about it. This will prevent trolls from going in, as they are unlikely to become veteran Scratchers. In fact, I support removing all links and notices about the TBGs altogether, and deleting the wiki page about it. Notice should be passed by word of mouth to trusted Scratchers, from other pros.
