This glitch stops you from downloading projects and instead shows a presentation view of one of your own projects. It also happens when you open scratch.
~How it happens~
It happens by quitting scratch while still in presentation mode (Alt+F4)
~How to stop it~
You have to re-install scratch (don't worry, you won't lose all your projects)
I would like to see this fixed for 2.0.

Besides re-installing Scratch, you could also open up the default project in Scratch and set it to the standard view, then shift-click the loop in the "R" in the Scratch logo and select "Save image for end-user" from the context menu. Personally, I prefer to do that because it's faster and doesn't require downloading the Scratch installer again.

Thanks! It's a pretty general fix-all for strange things like that, like Scratch starting in a weird view or getting an error message when you open Scratch. When in doubt, try that first!
