It seems that they are everywhere. Bands and artists that EVERYONE hates, unjustifiably.

'Cause it's "cool".

For one, Green Day. People HATE them, for unknown reasons. They try out new styles, and everyone hates them when their music starts to mature. They call it contrived just because it's played on the radio. Does the fact that it became famous or popular make it take any less talent? And a few Green Day "haters" I have caught listening to 21 Guns. Ha!

That one makes me the angriest.

Can anyone come up with other bands and artists that everyone thinks are "cool" to hate, or the majority of people hate, and why you think it is unfair. (I know Justin Beiber will come up somewhere in this topic...)

I dunno, but I think it may have something to do with how people are sometimes ridiculed for liking certain artists. Like I am with Jedward.

It seems like if you like them, you're weird or not cool, so people are inclined to hate them, orr act as if they do. hmm Just a theory...
