Most of what I make is stuff from various other sources all spliced together. I'm not too good at making original graphics. For example, a sig I was using before to advertise Turtle Graphics was made of a turtle sprite I found online, various elements of the Scratch interface, and text.
Oh, and personally, I use imgur. No account needed and it supports more formats than tinypic.
