Maybe, if a harry potter movie had a scene with Harry Potter ripping his shirt off and turning into a dog, it would do better for girls.

well, Sirius Black does turn into a dog, but I don't think it has the same effect on girls as Taylor Lautner.

Okay, sure Harry Potter is cool has little wands with cool spells and awesome battles but Twilight is a romantic action movie. Some boys may not like the shirtless Jacob or the close contact Edward but that doesn't mean that but Harry Potter has become more unpopular over the years. My friend and a lot of other people loved Harry Potter when it came out but over the years the people got tired of it. Yes, I have seen the movies, and I'm going to watch the Twilight movies. But an outbreak of girls would go to Twilight and since half of the world is men, some single men wouldn't want to see vampire movies with romance. Of course they'd pick Harry Potter or Transformers (which was a really AWSUM movie!!!). My point is Twilight may be unpopular to boys and some girls but that doesn't make it unpopular to most Twilight loving girls.
oh, so a girl falling in love with a vampire FOR THAT REASON ENTIRELY then them both almost dying a lot is better than something with actual plot? Pshh. Sure, the shirtless scenes help the movie's sales, but A MOVIE THAT NEEDS THOSE TO GAIN VIEWERS ISN'T GOOD IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Okay, the shirtless scenes isn't really the ONLY thing that brings people in. Why do you like Harry Potter? Because it has cool effects! We are all evenly matched here no matter what you all say! And of course another reason why Harry Potter has more views is because there's like seven movies and twilight has like four or five. Its a good movie and I don't want to argue. And I'm not saying Harry Potter is bad. Harry Potter is a very well-thought out movie, I'm just defending the rights of Twilight. Thank you.
You remind me of my friend, and the only thing he practically ever says is "Nobody cares about stoooooooooryline!". We watch Harry Potter for storyline, haven't ha noticed?
I can't speak for the Twihards.

Lolwut.
We are evenly matched and no, I'm not joking. I'm defending my territory. Yes, I like Harry Potter, I'm not against it. I'm defending what I love, just the same as you all are!
Then you should be on both sides of the arguement constantly contradiction yourself, mind me pointing that out.

Is it really that unreasonable to assume there can't be both Harry Potter and Twilight fans? And there are also people like me who hate both

I think Scratch would be better off if the HP and Twifans teamed up and attacked Rebecca Black.
