Lets say we have two accounts on the same computer, according to an anonymous person of sprites only one of them can be front paged no matter what, even if the other person isn't on the front page. I wanted to know if this was true, because if it is then that doesn't make sense, due to the above situation.

If they're different people it shouldn't be a problem if they're both on the front page.

Well 2 people on the same computer with 2 different accounts like siblings on the same computer but 2 different accounts then that is okay I guess...

A single account can only have one project front-paged at a time. I don't see why there would be a problem with two different accounts both being front-paged simultaneously even if they were registered on the same IP address.

No no, only one at a time can be front paged, if they're both owned by the same person. If one can reach it and the other can't, that one gets on the front page. If they both can, they do a priority of who has more of the value that gets them to the front page (views, love-its, etc.)
If it's you and someone else using the same computer, notify the Scratch Team. If they know that, both accounts can be on the front page simultaneously.
