I don't think so. There isn't an app for Scratch project making. It would be cool though 
(I think there was one but it got taken down. I forget why....)

I'm pretty sure it was because it violated some sort of Apple rule, but I can't remember what one...

I actually already new that there was none and the reason why but my cousin bet me 5 bucks and i wanted to prove it
