just for some of the new scratchers: please don't post any topics asking how to make a game, how to record sounds, etc., basicly nothing about how to use basic. I know these things might seem advanced to you, but these belong in the 'All About Scratch' forum.
this forum is meant for advanced mathmatics, editing scratch, or scratch modifications
sorry for sounding like a mod, but this has been ticking me off for a while.

This or something like this should be sticky'd
(with a big READ THIS in front)

These Scratchers are more or less seasonal. Topics like this aren't spotted by them as there are several already, we simply tell them politely that questions like this belong in a different section of the fora, tell them where that is and explain that we've asked a moderator to move it for them. This allows them to continue to feel that the forums are a nice place, remember, telling someone even slightly harshly that they posted in the wrong place could scare them away from Scratch which we don't want!

Yes, this should be stickied.
jsombla, maybe you should use better grammar.
Sparks, I don't think it's so harsh.

I think a "What goes in this section of the forums" sticky is probably a good idea. Setting some guidelines would help, I think the general gist is that advanced deals with editing Scratch and advanced mathematics?
