Would this be marked "Not for everybody"?

well, my new series 911 (click on my sigs pic for Ep. 1) has alot of episodes that are going to expode. But not in attempt to hurt somebody, just like, explosions that happen because somebody made something out of bombs and there was a fire or something. Or like in the first episode with a dynamite cake. I want to know so I can make sure it won't be prohibited from the front page.

Re: Would this be marked "Not for everybody"?

I personally think that would get marked as "Not for everyone". Anything with bombs and dynamite isn't something that a lot of parents would want their 7 year old kid to see, for example. Thus, it wouldn't be for everyone, and would probably be marked with that tag. Sorry.  sad

Although, a factor may be how realistic the explosions are. If they're very realistic, and/or there's blood involved. It'll be marked not for everyone easily. If they aren't realistic, and there's no obvious injury signs on anyone, it may have a little better of a chance.

Re: Would this be marked "Not for everybody"?

I suppose it depends on the situation. Lots of children's cartoons make humorous use of explosives (Looney Tunes, anyone?) but I suppose that not every parent will want their kids watching that either. I wouldn't be too worried as long as it's in good humor and no one gets hurt, but I think think there is a chance of them being marked "not for everyone."

OK, it doesn't look too bad. Still, there is a little bit of a chance it may get marked "Not for everybody", just because it contains a little bit of violence. But I've definitely seen worse than that, so it may not. I think a Scratch Team member could probably answer this best though, maybe send them an email?

Re: Would this be marked "Not for everybody"?

It probably wouldn't be. It wouldn't even occur to me to mark a project with that in it as "Not for everyone". It probably wouldn't hurt to mark it, but so long as there isn't any blood or people being harmed it should be fine for everyone.

Well, I looked at it - very funny!  I personally think it would be okay for everybody to see.  Yes, they all get blown up in the end...but it's not done in a gory fashion and I suspect they are all actually okay  smile

Well, it seems nothing like Happy Tree Friends, which is very bloody and gory. It's nothing like dora, which is a baby show. It's right in the middle.
