In The "Help" Menu, There Shoud Be Some Mode Called: "Output". This Would Tell You If Something Is Wrong With Any Of Your Scripts. It Would Appear At The Bottom Of The Screen. eg:
Script#1 In Sprite: Obsolote block detected. Please remove then click the green flag.

When something impractical happens in a script (ie. division by 0, a costume block in the Stage), a red border appears around it - is this sort of like what you mean?

Scripts already turn red when you run them and there is an error - such as dividing by zero, as Jon mentioned. You can also go into single stepping mode, which runs through your scripts at an extremely reduced speed so you can diagnose any problems with your scripting.

I think this is a great idea! It can be hard to find which script isn't functioning correctly in a program with lots of sprites and scripts. Maybe it could even have a button which takes you to the script. XD

I went to help though in Scratch and it didn't show any thing about wrong scripting inside my current game that was opened.

There is nothing in the help menu that does that. However, if you run a project or script and it runs into any errors (such as 0/0), it turns the block red and gives the script it's in a red border.

Image Blocked Because Of Status Of Poster"
The Error Could Appear In The Output Window
This May Come In Handy For The: "Games That Have Alot Of Scripts" Type Of Projects.
