Since my Nintendo DS Lite has GameBoy Advance backwards compatibility, I was wondering if you guys know any good games for it.
I already have Donkey Kong Country and Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World.

Boktai FTW!
Oh, and Megaman Battle Network.

I was little when I had mine so the only game I really ever played was Shrek 2 I think.

NFS Underground 2
It was surprisingly more fun than the DS version. Also:
Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and Donkey Kong Country 2.

Pokemon Red/Blue (I have both)
Original NES version LoZ
Pac-Man World
Just some of my best games
I like the GameBoy platform because it is elegant in its simplicity

Metroid Fusion
Without a doubt, one of the harder games yet more interesting games (it's not "throw -> hit 'fireball' -> win!" game) of GBA.

Sonic Advance is awesome. Sonic Advance 2 was pretty good, not sure about Advance 3. But one warning: if you want to get the Chaos Emeralds, then kiss goodbye to your sanity because they are SO hard to obtain.
