No, but they seem unrelated as far as I could read. There seems to be nothing about scratch on FeedANeed.org and the about page didn't really say much about feed a need. I have no clue.

It actually looks pretty cool, and its a way you can help MIT get the resources it needs to improve and add features to the Scratch website.
The whole idea is that people sign up to volunteer their time to do programming and stuff. Where you can help is, if you look under the "Non-Profits" tab you'll find an entry for Scratch. When you click the green arrow next to Scratch, it gets a "vote." The things that get the most votes are more likely to get volunteer time. You can vote even if you don't sign up as a volunteer.
