Pardon me for no knowledge of Pocket Monsters but I believe Cyrus is a Pokemon and when she caught one and kept it's default name, it considered her choose creative.

But when does it tell you that your choice is creative?  I've tried an emulator version of FireRed but it never says anything when you name anyone.

I guess it's in Platinum.

Also the beak thing confused me.
