It's music. Yippe. I'm against but I think the whole topic is dumb. When u give out stuff, expect to find it copied or used. That's how stuff works.

The Unofficial History of This Bill
One day, some senator got drunk and proposed this to the other senators, who were also drunk. Then the next day they thought they weren't drunk when they voted for it and decided to try and carry it out.
If you didn't understand that, you don't understand politics.

They're not giving it out. They are selling it, because they put hard work into it. For some people, music is their career. If you're just gonna steal from them, how are they going to make a living?
Also, you wouldn't steal from a store. Why does the internet being here make it any different?

I'm against it.

It could cause GLaDOS2 to be SHUT DOWN. Frink America. Hope your happy with all the frinked up people you have. Round people about that EAT EVERYTHING , or stick people without homes or jobs , or innocent people being tossed in jail for being on the internet .....
i think u could live without a youtube video.
its not AMERICA. its SOME of the ppl who inhabit it.
like there arent ppl like that in other countries?
thats it? some ppl r starving and homeless and ur just gonna say "frink u???" shouldnt they get support? ever think they might not have a job because they have no way of transportation? or their only form of transportation is their HOME? and, there r so many careless JERKS out there (and not only in america) that wouldnt accept a homeless person who might not even have a good education!
u say that like they did nothing! even though im against the bill, theyre letting ppl hear a song that somebody worked hard on 4 free! im, sure u wouldnt like sales dropping if u wrote popular music!

I have to say, even though a lot of you clearly disagree, I am for this bill. Music is really misused in this country by those who listened to it. Did you know you're not allowed to put the song on more than five devices OWNED BY YOU once you've bought it? Think about how much money the community steals from artists by doing this...it also means you are not allowed to pass a song along to a friend which happens incredibly often. Youtube use of music is already technically illegal, so the only point of this bill is to make it's use publicly known...sorry, but I have to say I am for this bill.
