It could be reworded, but the concept is a good idea, trying to keep people's rights to ideas.

Maybe you shouldn't do things that you'll go to jail for. And remember, it's not immediate. Everybody has ten strikes beginning when it's passed, IIRC.

HOW CAN ANYONE BE FOR THAT?! Anyone who likes making scratch games of anything copyrighted would agree with me. If that bill is passed, I am truly writing up a petition against it.

If your for something that has a good chance of happening there's no reason to petition.
