Scratch in other languages

Should be a link to another forum like the TBG's.  Instead of them being in the main forums, there is a redirect link to something like scratch.mit.edu/langforums/

People in other languages wouldn't know it exists, and therefore not use it...

Many forumers don't know the tbgs exist...

Yeah, but you know where the category is?  Put a link to a new forum instead.  Not just removing it from there alltogether.  It clutters up the forum, and it should be it's own forum...
