OK-- I will post code. There is a Perl module and a wrapper. Keep ScratchForums.pm in the same folder as the pl files for it to work (or install it to somewhere in @INC) . You will need the perl module LWP::UserAgent.
The syntax for the wrapper is

Code:

./scratchforums.pl <post/edit/delete/view> <username> <password> <topic/post ID>

Type your message then press control-D. There is a file, example.pl, for reference for the Perl module. Download here.
