Could you detail it some more? Like, is the reply button THERE? Or does it come up with an error?

Does it say "Please wait" In the top corner?

Otherwise, list:
1. OS
2. Browser

Just TRY a different browser.

Retired from Scratch, but just the language itself. Not the forums.

Re: I can't post comments when replying to others

Try uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it, or try using a different user account so as to get a "clean" browser profile.  Also, try a different _version_ of Chrome, or maybe several different versions.  (If a newer version works, your problem is solved.  If you can find an older version that works, then you may be able to pin down exactly when it stopped working, which is important information to have if you're considering filing a bug report.)

Also, if you've been using the version of Chrome that installs in the user account (which is what you probably got if you didn't specifically avoid it), try downloading the .msi installer for Chrome, which installs the browser in a more traditional, more correct, and safer fashion.  It *probably* won't have any impact on this issue, but you never know, and it's substantially better in other ways anyhow.

If all that fails, try a different Webkit-based browser (e.g., Safari).  That will narrow down whether the problem is specific to Chrome or something about the way Webkit renders the site.

There are other things you can do to try to narrow down the cause, but this stuff is a good start.
