It's a mysql error. I think it's a terribly extreme mysql glitch... Or someone could have hacked the scratch mysql server.
P.S. It shows 404s on projects galleries, etc. The forums are pretty much the only working thing on the website. It makes me want to say [blocks]<{ bad word that should not be said }> [/blocks] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The server is getting updated, I doubt very seriously that an EDU website partly owned by MIT and another professional could just get hacked by any hacker who feels like hacking.

Seems like it was just a server glitch of some sort - nothing to worry about. In the future, please check around the forum for related topics before making new ones though...we sure got a lot of topics on this event!

While no website is totally secure...
When you see problems:
The chance that it's a glitch / update is MUCH greater than chance that problem is a result of hacking. 
Help Scratchers make the leap to 2.0!
