Its been a year and still didn't get to the Misc
that had been a long time since being a new scratcher.

You registered at the end of January, so it hasn't been a year.
If you want to become a Scratcher, you'll need to be pretty active on both the forums and the main site. You have a lot of projects already, which is good. Why don't you try making at least one post or comment a day? If you do that, you're sure to get upgraded really soon.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
