I finally unlocked my inner artist.
The most recent drawing. It's an anthro form of my Neopet, Pteripta. "Taptuk" is my Neopets username. I'll be using it as my alias online. http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=Pteripta
This is the worst one of my drawings. But it's kinda cute.
This is a cartoon Eastern dragon going fishing, as you can see! ^^ I especially like how I drew the head.
Please comment on my drawings! Critique is greatly appreciated.

The first one is...well...hideous to be honest. It's the legs that bother me. Second one is good, feet are a bit too small though. 3rd...um...sorry it's a bit of a bad scan, I can't make it out too well. I really think the second one is getting there though.

So, thanks for the critique.
Well, they're sorta just cylinders with a stump at the end. The other thing is the skirt is too short, so the way you drew it, it looks like the legs don't meet at any point. That and the lack of detail on the legs themselves (no knees) makes it look weird.

No offense, but look up a tutorial on Manga. It looks like that's the style you're trying to do, but failing at. Keep trying, and get a good tutorial. Don't try to get a realistic drawing tutorial. Get a manga tutorial. There's more of them than Anime, but they're the same thing.

I added knees and made the skirt longer. I'm trying to go for a ruffled skirt like the one in the link..
Also, I'm honestly not sure about the feet. 
I'm trying to go for a slightly goth-ish look, with a ruffled skirt, pants, and boots, but it didn't turn out. I think the wings are pretty cool, but the hands are a little weird. I've always had trouble with drawing hands because one always turns out thicker. But I'll keep trying, and the critique definitely helps me
Edit: The scanner stretched the images a little, jsyk.
