If you're posting in a comment (which I believe is what you're trying to do) just enter the project's URL and it will automatically become the (link to project) link when you post the comment.

You can also link to galleries, forums pages and wiki articles in comments too Just post the url like with projects.

If it's on the Scratch site or select other sites (I think Wikipedia links are allowed), it will be clickable.
