Most annoying internet ads!
Okay, so you're just randomly scrolling through a website and minding your own business when a banner at the side of the webpage catches your eye. A majority of these are annoying and fake, and just want to hack, spam, or tick you off. Let's go over a few these annoying internet ads.
1. Congratulations! You won! Not!
First of all, nothing gets more annoying than the "Congratulations! You won an iPhone 4! Now, give us your social security code and email!" ad. They constantly pop up, even if they're invisible, and say you're their millionth or so visitor. In reality, you're not. I've seen these a couple of times and decided to test them. I went out of the website and came back in and they still said I was their millionth visitor! How stupid do they think I am?
2. IMVU Ads
Another annoying ad to add to the Annoying Ads Hall of Fame. I'm minding my own business when suddenly some weirdly-animated CGI graphics girl starts dancing in a banner on the side of the website or some stupid guy with over-sized pecs and huge six-pack abs starts hugging and kissing some blonde chick. Seriously, I'm not joining some lousy game with horribly bad graphics and fake, pixelated boys and girls kissing each other all over the place! How low do you think I am? Don't even get me started on the Twilight ones! Those are twice as annoying! 
3. Evony Ads
Most of these make no sense and are perverted to the max. So...your method of advertising is to put perverted pictures of women, so pervs can click on it and play your game and possibly get infected with a virus? No, thanks, I'm not an idiot.
4. Flashing/moving Ads
Ugh. These flash and move. They're so annoying! Are they trying to give me a seizure?
5. Take this survey! Ads
Most of these surveys are scams and will possibly give you a virus. Not to mention, some take forever and by the time you're done, they do nothing. I'm not gonna take a stupid four-hour survey just to get infected with a virus. Thank you very much.
6. Pre Roll Video Ads
I want to watch a video, right? Maybe a Cars 2 or Kung Fu Panda 2 trailer and I have to go through another trailer of Green Lantern, so I can watch my trailer! What the heck? Or maybe I want to watch this one video and a commercial about toothpaste interrupts it and I have to deal through a painfully long 30 seconds!
7. Weight Loss Ads
Jenny lost 150 pounds by eating hamburgers all day! Click here to find out how! Not! First of all, if you want to lose weight, don't ever click on a weight loss ad. Most of them are fake and are easy ways to scam people. Anyone could get some picture of some overweight dude and put a picture of Brad Pitt next to it.
8. Pop Up Ads
Wow! I'm on the last level of Super Mario Flash! Suddenly, a huge ad advertising Infamous 2 slides up and takes up the whole screen! Why, internet, why?
9. Zwinky Ads
Another one of those annoying dressup game ads. -_-
10. Anime Ads
Although I like some anime, I just hate it when these stupid anime ads come up. They practically take up the whole screen for heaven's sake! I wanna read this article without having to see Naruto attack my screen!
The main lesson here: Stay away from annoying ads! They're scams!

FUN FACT: Evony is spyware too!
Wait you already said that. Uh. Yes. Anyway, the Evony and IMVU ads are mostly gone now. There's still a bunch of Evony clones, but still.

Adblock Plus is your friend.
Eventually companies will die from not getting enough money from ads.
I have Adblock Plus too, and it doesn't get all ads

Maybe, but if people hate any kind of internet ad so much that they have to resort to AdBlock Plus, then perhaps they [the companies] should be spending their money into an ad service that is more appealing to potential customers.
And you can block the ads that AdBlock fails to block with NoScript. ^_^

I just ignore them...
They are annoying of course... especially if they are on a well known website like Yahoo

I hate the ads which pop up right infront of you while your trying to read something and the ad doesn't have a close button and the ones that do, just give you more pop ups.
I was reading that argh. <Never comes back to the website again>
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

I hate the ones that pop up and then are impossible to close and their only 'close' button is one that leads you to their site but still won't make it close. I JUST WANT YOU TO CLOSE!!!
