That's for you to answer. In my opinion, Black, since I like Reshiram better, and the color black. A Black City sounds more fun than a White Forest, too.

The Pokemon you find, Black City/White Forest, Changes in dialog for N in N's castle (i'm not kidding), Reshiram (B) and Zekrom (W).

Well Black has Cottonee as an early pokemon, the Gothita line, Vullaby line, and Tornadus and Reshiram as the legends.
White has Petilil as the early plant, the Solosis line, Rufflet line, and Thunderus and Zekrom as legendary.

Petilil is better than Cottonee imho, its final stage Lilligant is stronger. Cottonee's final stage Whimsicott is faster.

Solosis is hands down better than Gothita, even in looks. Gothitelle's defense is better, but Reuniclus's special attack is really good. Plus, Reuniclus still has decent defense.

I prefer Rufflet and Braviary to Vullaby and Mandibuzz, but many prefer it vice-versa. Mostly because Vullaby and Mandibuzz are Dark and flying, whereas Rufflet and Braviary are just Normal with flying.

Thunderus definitely beats Tornadus because it has Electric as well as flying, but many want Tornadus because it is the only pure Flying type.

The Zekrom and Reshiram choice is often debated. They are pretty much even (though Zekrom is easier to beat)

So its up to you, but I strongly recommend White mostly because of Solosis and Zekrom.

i like the black legendary Zekrom better but the pokemon from white seem cooler.
