Oh the memories. Unlocking the el nino with the nockout race.

Won it by that much ---> 00:00:000 Not joking it was sooo close. Story..

It was the fourth last bend (just before the s bend) with the computer right on my tail. I go into the turn but take it to fast. Skiding of towards the wall, all my hope is lost and I think of all the effort wasted (Montarge style). Then out of nowhere I go through the wall and pop out at the end of the s bend. I was stund and couldn't believe that I just went stright through the wall. I back up as now I facing another wall. Then I step on the gas and watch the radar map. The computer was catching up fast. He passes me on the inside but I manage to build up my speed to hang right next to his tail. We take the last coner me on the outside and It on the inside. My bonet catches up to the front of it's bonet, the finish only meters away. I cross the line looking at the position indicator reading second and thinking "come on" in the way you do when you really want something to happen. As the final times come up they are the same down to the millisecond, then I realise that I was on top, I had won.


Not many games can give you that experience.

How did I forget NFS III on my list?!? I used to play it for hours at a time when I was 6. I loved it. I still play it to this day every once in a while. It doesn't matter if it is a 12-year old game with outdated graphics, or if the physics model isn't very accurate, it is one of the best games ever. I am giving it another vote
