Um, what do I do?

I tried to mod Scratch according to some tutoral a found on Advanced Topics, the custom block did not appear, and every time I open Scratch it says:

Squeak cannot locate the source file named c:\programfiles(x86)\scratch\squeakv2.sources.  Please check that the file is name properly and is in the same directory as image. Further explination can be found in the startup window, 'how squeak finds source code'.

What startup window?  And how can I fix this?

Re: Um, what do I do?

No, this is troubleshooting. As for your problem, close the window, shift-click the R in the Scratch logo, and select "save image for end-user."

Re: Um, what do I do?

Also make sure you are using the source code and not actually modding your copy of Scratch.

Re: Um, what do I do?

Sure, I will close it! In general, it is easiest for mods to close a thread if you hit the report icon next to the post.

I've taken a long hiatus, but I still visit sometimes. Give me some time to answer any messages you post on my projects!
