how did i become a "Scratcher"?
i dont even know how i became a scratcher im not even good

According to the Scratch wiki, you have to be on Scratch for at least 1 month. Also, you seem to have to be very active. How many comments have you made on the website? You can keep track of them when you log in (below the area where it says who your friends are, there is a "You have ___ comments" section). You only have 16 forum posts though, but you seem to have created a lot, favorite-ed (not a word) a lot, and you even have a gallery!

Being a Scratcher has nothing to do with your programming skill. The New Scratcher status was just added as a safeguard against trolls and spammers to help reduce the amount of damage they could do by making them wait longer to post and blocking them from posting images and links.
@a1130: I believe the wiki article is outdated. Being upgraded now depends on how active you are on the site, including making projects, comments, and forum posts.

There is no set number that will automatically make you a Scratcher. You just need to regularly stay active on the site, including making comments and forum posts, and making some projects too.
