Once I had a dream that I was scratched somehow, don't remember how, and I woke up in pain with a deep cut where I was scratched in the dream.

I guess it switches throughout the dream.
One time I had a nightmare about robots taking over the earth (I can't describe what happened here because it is much too graphic). I remember a robots with spinning saws for hands taking me into his booth, which was first person. I also remember a sappy movie ending with my whole family sitting on the beach look at the sunset, which was third person xD

I guess I actually dream in both at the same time. XD I kind of see myself in third person like in video games, but I feel and act in first person?

Always 3rd person. Oddly, all of my memories are in 3rd person, too. Weird, huh?

I remember some things in First Person, and some in third, but i can kind of change it if it;s in third to first, and first to third.

Both. Sometimes, in the same dream, I'll switch between dreaming first and third person.

It varies But mostly when I remember dreams it's in cinematic 3rd person camera shots :3

Mmm.. mostly it's 1st person (once I dreamed I was Sailor Moon, and another time I dreamed I was Bluestar XD) but every now and then it's 3rd person.
